Hello --

Is anyone planning on doing a Cr/Au deposition who might have some extra
room for a wafer or two?  The thickness is not important.  The wafers
have photoresist on them.  They are for an amazingly cool project for a
group studying the electronic properties of DNA.  I'll gladly return the
favor in kind (can I process something for you?) or lunch (someplace
interesting!)

Subject: Innotec repair status

Good news!

The donated, Telemark e-gun power supply has arrived. Installation will
start tomorrow and will take about a week. After installation is
complete, I will develop the operating parameters and instructions.
Since the e-gun supply and sweep controls are different, all users will
need to be retrained and requalified on the system. This will be a short
training session.
