Cr/Au?

Hello --

Is anyone planning on doing a Cr/Au deposition who might have some extra
room for a wafer or two?  The thickness is not important.  The wafers
have photoresist on them.  They are for an amazingly cool project for a
group studying the electronic properties of DNA.  I'll gladly return the
favor in kind (can I process something for you?) or lunch (someplace
interesting!)
