Jim Haydon believes the problem is fixed. Unfortunately not until after the Au and Pt sources became contaminated. We hope to have Au and Pt available by Tuesday (July 22). Just a reminder to you busy users, we do have a four hour maximum reservation time during prime time Monday through Friday. -- Jeannie Perez Stanford Nanofabrication Facility CIS Room 146, Mail Code 4070 Stanford, CA 94305 (650) 723-7997 jperez at snf.stanford.edu From jperez at snf.stanford.edu Mon Jul 21 15:33:53 2003 From: jperez at snf.stanford.edu (Jeannie Perez) Date: Mon, 21 Jul 2003 15:33:53 -0700 Subject: Au and Pt now available for the Innotec Message-ID: <3F1C6A51.3BDCCDC4@snf.stanford.edu> ALL USERS, The Pt source has been refurbished and the Au source is new. We had a rotation problem with the Pt and the source was disfigured. The Pt source shape had to be reformed to the pocket. The Au was contaminated with Pt and remove from inventory. Beware if your planning on using the Innotec this week, because maintenance is working on the wall across from the Innotec causing some particles and slightly noisy.
