Jim Haydon is now ordering parts for the Innotec. Depending on the
delivery of these parts
the closes guess that the Innotec will be back up is Monday, if no other
issues occur once the parts are installed. Please check Coral from time
to time because Jim has been know to produce  miracles.

We are outsourcing two depositions on Monday 8/8:  
 
Run #1: 500A Au over 50A Cr. 
Run #2: 300A TiW.
 
If you would like to batch your wafers into either run, please contact me
asap.  Your wafers must be ready to go by 9am on Monday 8/8.
 
We can only take whole 4" wafers (silicon, glass, quartz ok).  Cost is
$50/wafer.  First come first served.
 
Payment terms:
Stanford people - we will need a purchase order from you.  Call/email for
more info.
All others: we will invoice you, net 15.

Subject: Contaminated Au source!

Hi,
I've placed the old Au source that sits in a tungsten liner for use
while we wait for a new Au source.  It will take me awhile to get
another Au source in house. I am talking with the vendor on the length
of time. In the mean time, your welcome to use the Au that sits in the
Tungsten liner that is available in the source box, but it is
unpredictable on how much power to apply. In the past the range of power
used was from 4.5 to 10 %.
