Ti/Au or Cr/Au deposition

Hi,
Ping Zhang would like to know if anyone will be running a deposition 
on Innotec  using Ti and Au or Cr and Au. She would like to (piggy 
back) put her wafers with yours. You may contact her at 
foxpp at snf.stanford.edu . The most important thing is that she needs 
them  deposited by Monday 6/26/06. If anyone can help her please 
contact her not me because I'll be off on Friday.
