the fix seems to be working but there could still be an intermittent problem

I found a wafer (a device taped on a wafer holder) left in the chamber and
target materials in C3 and C4.  The wafer is now placed on the table.  But I
am not sure what materials they are.  So I put the one from C4 in a separate
bag and placed near the wafer.  The target in C3 was stuck in the crucible,
and still left there.
