Cancellation's of Reservations on Innotec

Hello Everyone,
Innotec as you know is a busy piece of equipment at SNF Lab's. So 
PLEASE send out an e-mail that you have cancelled your reservation 
with the time and date. All users would appreciate 24 hours 
cancellation notice, but we know sometimes that is impossible.  So no 
matter what time you cancel, send out a notice to users so that the 
Innotec isn't just sitting idle.
