The rule is that you are to send out an email in advance with enough time so that someone else can reserve and prepare their wafers to deposit. The Innotec is one of the most used pieces of equipment in SNF Labs'. Please give a 24 hour notice if canceling if you can. I understand that you may need to cancel / rework at the last minute, but I still would expect an email sent out to the Innotec community.
