Platinum deposition

Dear innotec users,

If you are doing platinum deposition within 3-4 days, do you mind  
letting me know and allowing me to put in one test wafer? I only need  
this one test wafer with ~500A Pt on top, and I would very much like  
to be there and help you with your deposition too.
