Innotec will go down for a clean on March 20th

Hello Everyone,
Just heads up, that Innotec will be going down on March 20th for a 
clean. We do not anticipate any problems.
This is a one day job. Once completed, someone will deposit a minimum 
of 5000 angstrom of Aluminum.
