Bell Jar not laying flat in the BACK

Hi Everyone,
The Bell Jar on Innotec when bring down and checking the rear end of 
the Bell Jar is slightly up. The ATM light will NOT go out. To get by 
with this problem until Jim Haydon has a chance to look at it on 
Monday, you'll have to help press down on the back end of the Bell 
Jar ( about a foot before it's all the way down) and check again. If 
it isn't all the way down bring Bell Jar back up two feet high and 
apply pressure until it's down. This means you'll need two persons 
bring down the Bell Jar.
The other person Pushing the two down buttons in front.  That person 
shouldn't release the down buttons for at least ten
seconds after you think the bell Jar is down.
