Hi metal film depositers,

I was wondering if anyone knows how quickly Cu oxidizes. I placed  
100nm Cu films in the singe oven (150C) for 20 mins and they changed  
color, indicating oxidation.

I knew Cu oxidizes easily and forms CuO2 at low temps, but not this easily.
Does anyone have any experience with Cu stability?
