Innotec reservations have been deleted

Good Morning Everyone,
I've deleted two reservations that were for one half hour today. I 
don't know why, but we all know that no one can  do a deposition in 
one half hour. I am also concern when I see reservations for one and 
one half hours. Before I start deleting those reservations, please 
see me. I will only except a minimum of two hours and more.
