After finishing my deposition, I removed my wafers and the metal materials (Ni at C3).  To inspect the crucible, I tried to rotate it from C3 to other.  However, it does not move further.  I tried to find any SNF staff, but no luck.  Now, the system is pumping down.
The problem  was reported on coral.

Works now.

No more dummy silicon wafers. The new clean  Aluminum disks shouldn't 
peel as easy as wafers.and we'll be able to clean and re-use

Two Clean labelled boxes are below the table with clean Aluminum 
disks inside. The problem is the standard clear boxes won't allow me 
to close the lid with the Aluminum disks inside because the disks are 
thicker.  I did put a standard clear box above the power supply so 
you have a place to set the disks from the planetary while your 
wafers are loaded.  Please do not set the disks on top of each other. 
You still need to use tweezers to load and unload the disks from 
Planetary. Do NOT pick up with your hands. The planetary has 22 disks 
loaded and 48  clean disks in the two boxes  under the table (total 
of 70 disks).

Please let me know if you run into any problems using the Aluminum disks.
