Dear Innotec users I was using innotec and I could not finish my process due to the gas alarm. My sample is still in the chamber(one small piece attached on silicon wafer). If you see the sample when you try to use, please put it on the innotec desk. (I'm not sure when we can use it again). Thanks Hye Ryoung
