Dear Innotec Users Innotec chamber is not going down :( After I loaded my samples, I tried to close the door but the "down" buttons are not working. The "Up" button still works, but I can't close the chamber. I'm releasing my reservation now and the door is still opened. I will report the problem to trainers. Sorry about this! HyeRyoung
