Hi fellow innotec users, I need to do Au deposition with either Cr or Ti adhesion layer. Thickness is not that important. I was wondering if anyone is doing similar deposition within next 2-3 days, I would like to do a combined run to save equipment time and precious Gold. Let me know if this is a possibility. Jyotindra
