Shutdown intlvac_evap SNF 2012-10-15 15:35:16: high voltage issue

I loaded the system at 11 am . after almost 3 hours the system did not reach the chamber base pressure.
the timer 0 self so we reset that and when ready to evaporate the high voltage would not come on.
Maurice and Max trying all their secrets with no luck. Jim is here to help.
