The Ni target is installed in DC1/AC (the front left).

I am planning to remove it tomorrow ~ 4pm.

A user has requested that the Ni target stay in the system over the weekend.  
I am reluctantly granting this request because there are no other reservation on the tool until Monday.

The Ni target will be removed Monday morningand replaced with the Al/Si 1% target.
