of 2007, technical skill “how to maintain and keep systems up and running”, 
troubleshooting from simple to complex problems of presidential and 
commercial building, apply local and national electrical codes, HVAC, 
and mechanical skills for new installations, maintenance, repair of 
electrical & mechanical equipment of manufacturing & processing 
plan and PCs application from HW/SW, especially to determine cause of 
failures by using PLC & Experiences.   
  Summary of Qualifications:  
 Places, installs, erects or connects any electrical 
wires, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, raceways, conduits, solar photovoltaic 
cells or any part thereof, which generate, transmit, transform or utilize 
electrical energy in any form or for any purpose. Plus troubleshooting, 
repairing, and installation for electrical cables, single and multi 
phase motors, conduits, switches, receptacles boxes, using testing equipments 
to analyze causes of failures, disassemble and disconnect as such to 
locate faulty or malfunctioning circuits down to components and repair 
or replace the defects. Inspect limit switches, control contacts, trolley 
collectors, especially proficiency in HVAC.

limit switches, control contacts, for safe and proper operation on elevators.  
Install and repair indoor and outdoor lighting circuits and fixtures, 
power and lighting panels, transformers, and associated equipment.  
Perform operational tests on repaired or newly installed systems, controls 
and equipment, maintained labs HVAC.
