Area Manager/Equipment Engineer responsible for managing, sustaining and
improvements of all metrology equipment tools emphasizing on CD SEMâs and
optical microscope. Responsibilities include tool preventive maintenance,
troubleshooting, sustaining, daily support of manufacturing, and implementing
continuous improvement projects to improve equipment availability and
performance. Take ownership of tool installation projects, safety improvements
and manufacturability off all tool sets. Manage technicians and keep their
training up to date and maintain a safe environment for employees, update
service contracts and tool specifications and preventive maintenance procedures,
arrange vendor visits to site for any issues.
Sustaining Facilities Electrical Engineer
Provided sustaining facility electrical engineering support for both office and
manufacturing buildings for Intel Corporation. Responsibilities include
monitoring of facility systems, (Switchboards, switchgears, UPS, MCC, etc),
preventive maintenance of critical equipment, organized and inventory of the
facility equipments. Used engineering concepts to drive continuous improvement
programs. Worked with other engineering staff to troubleshoot equipments and
system problems. Performed root cause analysis and make recommendations for
corrective actions. Provide guidance and direction to department technicians if
a problem arises. Assisted the department in Developing Standard Operating
Procedures that are used to define workflow processes.
Construction Projects Electrical Engineer
Supported Intel?s Central Region Projects construction Group, responsible for
providing electrical engineering design and construction expertise to
construction projects ranging from manufacturing clean rooms, solution centers,
and computer labs to general-purpose office buildings and small labs. Familiar
with power distribution, lighting, short circuit coordination, fire alarm,
grounding, security, telephone, and CCTV systems. Possess effective
organization, and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Experienced
managing vendors and contractors. Worked independently in a team environment.
Strong customer orientation skills. Excellent capabilities of project scoping,
design and construction cost estimate, and schedule development.
In-charge of document control, which addresses sustaining and projects
drawings/files, construction specifications, as-builts and submittals. Maintains
the document control storage area for fast retrieval of information (drawings,
specifications, manuals, etc.). Worked closely with Project Managers, Engineers,
Technicians on project design, schedule, scope of work and close out
documentation issues and presentations. Managed and oversee work of external
consultant AUTOCADD support. Acted as the owner of company standard documents

design and electrical engineering support on projects. Organized set up and
maintained an AUTOCADD /document control system.
In-charge of all drawing as-built for Intel Santa Clara Site buildings including
updating master drawings (as-builts) and database files on a regular basis to
keep them accurate and up to date. In charge of quality control for all drawings
making sure they are to Intel standards.
Black & Veatch:
Has worked on various projects for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company,
3M, Intel and Texas Instrument in Dallas Texas. Responsibilities include
designing electrical layout for the distribution of power and lighting,
calculating power loads, determining rating of equipment to be installed, size
of wires, specifying explosion proof electrical equipment devices, leak
detection installation and design, and monitoring control panels for an
industrial waste water treatment plant. Experienced in single line development,
shop drawing review, and blue prints. Very much familiar with the California
Title 24 Energy Requirements and the National Electrical Code.
Supported the electrical department in all drafting needs using the latest
version of AutoCADD. Responsibilities includes creating electronic copy of all
