I believe I have the background, which you are looking for in  mechanica engineering. I have over 15 years of experience in Thin Film coating technology, building vacuum deposition equipments and related process. 

Presently I am completing design, build and commissioning of largest sputtering chamber in aircraft canopy industry. Chamber is capable of developing and producing ITO, gold, SiO2 and other multi layer reflective thin film coatings. The equipment consisted of several magnetrons; multiple mass flow metering system, 5 axes of motion, preheating and glow discharge cleaning (which I designed and built). 

In addition, developing an automated system for delivery of polyurethane base and top coats. Presently I lead division悔s continuous improvement efforts for sputter coaters and vacuum chambers (total of nine).
