Problem karlsuss 2001-04-07 09:38:16: lamp intensity sensor not hooked up

during lamp test, the intensity reading at the lamp power supply reads 00.0.  Why wasn't this taken care of when karl suss service engineer was here?  It had been reported prior to his visit?
