the theta Z motor was moved Beyond the set point, I 
manually brought the motor back to home position, tested
a few times, Good to use.

after aligning mask and wafer, and trying to contact them, I found all of the keys on the control panel do not work. a warning on the screen says "over current, can not continue z-axis".

adjusted Z motor , Found it stuck  or was moved way out
of position  by user, ok to use.
