Lamp replaced 6/24/08. Checking lamp intensity, noticed that the lamp intensity is unstable and light flickering. Need to shutdown the tool and investigate.

Checked and re-adjusted the lamp position with the X,Y,Z knobs.Calibrated the display to the external meter. Calibrated exposure output for 15.0 mw/vm2. Uniformity @ 3.1%

FOund the power supply on stand by  , turn lamp back on
checked calibration everything seems to be fine, Maybe we 
]had a power glitch, ok to use.
