Unable to achieve 15 mw/cm2. Replaced UV lamp. Unable to calibrate lamp intensity flickers when lamp position is peaked out. Also X/Y lamp position not working correctly. Disassembled and found weak spring for "Y" position. Replaced with new spring. Drive screw adjustment for "X" position un-coupled from pivot block. Re-attached "X" adjustment. Also lubed X,Y and Z Adjustment knobs. Lamp positioning works good now. Flickering light has to do with the energy sensor position in lamp house. Sensor was getting saturated. Was able to reposition the sensor to stabilize the lamp intensity. Calibrated lamp power supply fot 15.0 Mw/cm2 output. Lamp uniformity is at 2.6%.
