Lamp intensity test,  lamp flickkers and error: Lamp life ppower failure shows up.  It takes over 5 sec for lamp to stablize at 15.0 mw

Lamp does not stablize to 15.0 mw until 5 seconds have passed.  Shows erratic pulsation during lamp check.

Had to retune lamp position and calibrate lamp power supply to 15 Mw/cms.

 position tested, ok to use.

Could not calibrate up to 15 mw/cm2. Replaced lamp and did full setup and calibratiom. intensity 15.0 mw/cm2, uniformity- 3.2%. System OK to use.
