after hitting the "change mask" button, it kept hanging on at "waiting for microscope ...". I could not remove the mask and sample, I had to restart so as to remove the mask and the sample.

Microscope got stuck on the bottom , I Initialized system , Checked
MIcroscope MOvement up/down cleaned MIcroscope Bearings
Ok to use.

repaired and adjusted focus knobs , microscope arm was also

the 5X Objective was not Snap On the right place, I Snap it back 
On the right way and now is working Fine, Ok to use..
