Comment karlsuss SNF 2010-07-14 14:50:53: "Unload" light on Karlsuss out?

When my lab partner and I used the Karlsuss on Monday (7/12) morning, the "Unload" button light did not flash as it was supposed to when we pressed the "Load" button (Load Wafer Step 1).
Besides this, we had no problems with the machine, so our guess is that the light for the "Unload" button is simply burned out.
