Problem karlsuss SNF 2011-04-21 18:39:10: Machine frozen

Initialized system ,checked system and everythings looks fine , 
A user just exposed 5 wafers with no Issues , Ok 
to use. 
P.S> Do not push 2 buttons or more at once, System  will  get stuck
if you do that.
