Problem karlsuss SNF 2011-06-07 19:30:01: Right side doesn't seem to be on contact with wafers

Trying to expose my wafers.  Somehow, I can see on the right
side, the mask has a shadow -- on the TV monitor.
I can't seem to align my wafers good enough to what I want so I gave up.
