Mario adjusted the screws on the stage( they were  totally loose).
Y macrometer was totally out, was adjusted.
Mario checked the lamp uniformity is within spec. 15mw. and 2%
I tested the system with 3612  1 um , 1.1 seconds of exposure and
 resolved 2 um line and space.
cleaned the system off  all the tapes !!!!!
