I know I have missed reservations, and I will try to remember to notify the users in the future. I was using it this evening and the power went off. I tried to turn it back on but it did not. I guess we have to wait till monday or Tuesday to fixe it. The problem was an overcurrent flow and my mask droped on my wafer. I tried to reboot the machine but the power was off. The lamp is off 2. Sorry again. I was also planing to use it this weekend.
