reservation time limits

Since the karlsuss is in rather high demand, can we all try to keep our 
reservations within the 2 hour time limit during regular hours, and try not to 
overbook time (like taking 2 hours when we only need 1).  And please try to let 
people know if you are not going to use your reserved time by sending an email 
to karlsuss at crystal.stanford.edu.  I know I have missed reservations, and I will 
try to remember to notify the users in the future.
