I have been talking to KS people a lot recently trying to get the part # for the parts and this morning the person whom I am dealing with KC Colt told me that they are doing their best to put these stuff together. I did mention that two weeks is awfully long to get these data and she said they are very busy and I should wait for them to send me the the information. If you want to voice your opinion or talk to some one, here are the information. Klaus Ruhmer is the application Engineer for the region He can be reached at 408-432-3071 602-557-9370 ext. 114 Mahnaz From mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu Tue Jan 30 14:49:18 2001 From: mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu (Mahnaz Mansourpour) Date: Tue, 30 Jan 2001 14:49:18 -0800 Subject: Up date Message-ID: <3A7744EE.B8996856@snf.stanford.edu> To all the members, Karl suss engineer is here, working on the system, we are hoping that the system will be functional before I go home to day. The top side will be functional as well as the BSA. We still have not received our BSA part, please be extra careful handling the system, and report any issues to us. The focus slightly shifts, I am aware of that and they are looking in to that. Please take extra cautious with the system. mahnaz -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... He suggested that his name and Kyle ( service engineer) name be added to our list so starting tomorrow when for any reason the system goes to report problem or shut down; they will get a message of that too and if Mike/ Mario and I can not get it resolved in a ordinary fashion, they will call us to see what is the nature of the problem. I think this will eliminate a lot of down time with some of the more serious problems so when you put the system down give a brief note on the nature of the problem as usual. As soon as I have some free time, I will come up with a written test for KS to make sure every one whom gets trained on the KS has a basic knowledge of the system. Suggestion comments are welcome as usual. mahnaz
