After doing my exposures, I immediately developed my samples to ensure that the litho was successful. After I finished my last development, I came back to the Karl Suss and found that my mask was missing. The mask box was still sitting near the Karl Suss empty and I am positive that I did not remove the mask from the machine before finishing my last development. I have searched the litho area, including the trash, and could not locate my mask. If someone inadvertently took my mask or locates it otherwise, I would appreciate it if it could be returned. The mask should have printed on it something like "V. Sabnis OEPIC ETCH". Thanks for your help. - vijit sabnis Vijit Sabnis vsabnis at snow.stanford.edu Stanford University Department of Electrical Engineering Solid State and Photonics Laboratory CISX B113-23 650/725-2774 office 723-4659 fax From una at stanford.edu Wed Jul 17 13:30:23 2002 From: una at stanford.edu (Anuranjita Tewary) Date: Wed, 17 Jul 2002 13:30:23 -0700 Subject: KS free 2pm-4pm today Message-ID: <3D35D3DE.1DA933F1@stanford.edu> dear users, i have cancelled my reservation from 2pm to 4pm because my wafers are not ready. sorry for the late notice. anu From mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu Mon Jul 22 14:29:52 2002 From: mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu (Mahnaz) Date: Mon, 22 Jul 2002 14:29:52 -0700 Subject: Down time Message-ID: <3D3C7950.2B7ABF8C@snf.stanford.edu> Hello all, I like to let you know that the KS will be here at Stanford on 7/24 to look in to all the little issues on our existing aligner. The KS has a new mask holder for now, everything on that system has been checked and a major PM has been done. I have not resolved the issue of resolving one UM line and space, but the uniformity looks good. I am releasing the machine for general use and KS will work on the issue with me. Please let me know about the issues and problems and be sensible with the machine. mahnaz From mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu Fri Jul 26 14:19:18 2002 From: mahnaz at snf.stanford.edu (Mahnaz) Date: Fri, 26 Jul 2002 14:19:18 -0700 Subject: Damage Message-ID: <3D41BCD6.B5FBA9A6@snf.stanford.edu> People...people Some one already damaged the new mask holder, things are not really so complicated if is not working for you, leave it alone and ask one of us to show it to you.
