the lamp power supply is unable to control lamp intensity for channel two 365nm. the system is available for use in Constant Power mode only. in CP mode lamp intensity is 14mw/cm2. uniformity is ~ 3% karl suss F/S will be in monday morning to take a look at this problem mm
