Hello all, the KS rep spend most of the afternoon working on KS2 and he made some adjustment. I tested the system and easily 1 um line were resolved in hard contact , Ci1 and 1 second of exposure. Please report any issues and problems on coral and please..... please do not touch any of the setting on power supply. mahnaz
