Hello all,

I like to let you know that  one more labmember needs the system in DUV 
so we decided to leave the system in this mode till tomorrow morning ( 
Wednesday 15th at 8 am).  I hope this may not cause any issue for any 
one as I do not see any reservation  and notice that the system is in 
DUV mode.
