Just to let you know that we have called KS and we are trying to get 
some one to trouble shoot the system.
I am waiting for their response.
If any one is in a desperate situation, I can have a training session on 
EV aligner  tomorrow to get you going for now.

Hello all,

Just to let you know that KS fse will be here tomorrow to work on the 
system. I have been told that it will be around 11am.
So be aware that i will take over the system at that time so no hard 
feeling ( with regard to your reservation).
I am hoping to be able to fix the WEC issue so hopefully the weekend 
will be happy and productive.

Hello all,

the ks  FSE worked on the system since 11 am  many adjustment was made 
to the WEC and every time I shot  a wafer . The WEC is gotten much 
better for now ( especially in the center)  but i have requested a a 
visit form them for both system.
I have been told that it will be Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

The center of the wafer looks good but 15 to 20 mm around the perimeter 
of the wafer visibly shows the bad WEC, trust me you will see it.
The system is release for noncritical work and please ...please  do a  
test wafer.
