Problem karlsuss2 2002-12-06 06:24:59: someone has messed with the CI1 setting again

lamp test reads CI1 at 7mw/cm2.  It should be 15 mw/cm2.  System was set up for CI1 when I found it at 6:15 this morning, Friday, Dec. 6th.
