Problem karlsuss2 2004-05-07 02:08:56: chuck out of range and the beeps never stopped

I was doing backside align, and the chuck was out of range. Usually, it beeps once, but this time, it beeped continously. I could not press any button to stop the beeps. I switched it off and on again, but did not work.
