Problem karlsuss2 SNF 2008-03-05 16:59:39: Overcurrent error seen

I initialized the system , I ran an entire expose cycle a
few times and I could not repeat the "overcurrent problem"
this usually happens for many reasons ,One of them
is because the user press 2 buttons at the same time ( by 
mistake ) or when you put Items on top of the panel such as
MASk holders, Wafer boxes , etc. 
Ok to use.
