Replaced UV lamp. Adjusted lamp position for max intensity. calibrated lamp P/S for 15 mw.cm2. Uniformity 2.2%

Reinitialized MIcroscopes everything Fine, The reason why they were
frozen was because the MIcroscopes were moves manually to close 
together, Tested , Ok to use.
