Theta Got Moved Away From Sensor Limit Therefore the System Got Into a " Mechanical Fails" Moved Theta Back To center Initialized System and Tested, Removed Yellow Tape From Chuck ,Cleaned Chuck and Tested System , All Operations Ok Good to use.
