CI1 and CI2 are off and pressing their respective buttons does not turn on the red led on the button. did the last user turn off the lamp power supply???? They did not make any mention of lamp problems. Ran lamp test and there is definitely no UV, lamp appears to be off. I followed the instructions on the display and pressed LOAD 2 times, but it still wasn't able to restart or reset.
