Hello all,

I did a test and 1 um resist in Hard contact 1.1 second of exposure and 
1.5 um line a space resolved across the wafers.

Subject: vacuum Chuck

Hello all,

I have taken the solid vacuum chuck out of lab to the crystal shop.
Some one took the liberty to scribe the flat on top of what Tim has done 
in the past for me. Guys this is unacceptable if you have ideas run it 
by me and I will look in to it.
The chuck as it stands gives vacuum sensor error.
