Diagnosed that developer PC was non-op due to bad internal power supply( The cooling fan was not spinning and no DC voltages out of P/S). New power supply received today. Installed power supply and re-installed P/S back into developer module. Did full power down/up of cluster toool and started application software. All modules including developer initialized normally. Will test out tool tomorrow during stepper qual and button up tool.
