Installed new pump for for chilled water loop. Tested functionality and for leaks- All OK. Water flow looks good as per flowmeter. Temperature still does not come down to the setpoint of 21 degrees C.. Suspect that the Neslab FTC-350 chiller is not working. Will consult with FSE on course of action.
