EE410 schedule

To alleviate any potential conflicts between labusers and EE410, I was
asked to provide a schedule of which equipment we'll be using.  There
are three sections of EE410:  Weds. 1-5pm, Thurs. 8am-noon, Thurs.
1-5pm.  Each section uses the same equipment and does the same
processing.  Here is the schedule for the rest of the quarter:
